How does it work?

  • After Booking: if you decide to request this service later, you can do so by completing our form below.

  • Service Scheduling: confirm the details of your request, and we will include it in your booking.

  • Service Payment: Once confirmed, we will charge the service in advance.

We will greet you upon arrival and transport you to your destination.

Terms and Conditions for Extra Cleaning Services (on demand)

1. Service Description

Cleaning services will be carried out as previously requested by the client by completing the cleaning request form or via email, specifying the areas to be covered and other requirements.

2. Schedules and Cancellations

  • Schedule changes must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refundable.
  • If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance of the initially scheduled service time, 50% of the total service cost will be refunded.

3. Payments

  • 100% of the service cost must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service to find a solution.

5. Liability

  • Villalize is not responsible for damages or losses related to personal belongings, deterioration, theft, or any claim related to the cleaning service. In case any of the aforementioned events occur, Villalize will provide the guest with the contact details of the person or cleaning company responsible for the service.
  • The client must guarantee safe access to the property.

6. Use of Products

The company will use standard products. If specific products are preferred, they must be provided by the client.

7. Confidentiality

All client information will be treated confidentially.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking the service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Transfer Services

Additionally, the «comments» section must be filled out, specifying the number of items and their dimensions.
