Probably the best agency I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Exemplary customer service: always available, friendly, reliable and quick with solutions. The property itself (Casa Aulaga) was brand new, clean, well equipped and just as described in the ad. 100/100 points!

!! Attention Travelers !!

If you are searching for a professional company, with villas matching the online pictures and to find peace and that kind of relaxing, caring and enjoyable moments, then you are now on the right spot. :)

I cannot explain how much Alvaro and Belen and the rest of the team, care about our needs, in every moment and 24/7.
We stayed in Villa Katya which is best located in the centre of the island, if you have a car as well.

The villa was perfectly equipped and the pool was already temperated as we arrived.
With every question we had the team immediatly gave us the answer and helped out with every organizational problem we had.

What can not be paid, is the caring and familiar behaviour we got from the team, not as we are just customers, but as we are human-beings with our special needs.
From all the travels we had in the past, we were given such a great feeling.

Please always stay that professional and heart-warming as you are, Belen and Alvaro, and thanks for the amazing time.

P.s. the photo of the cactus was out of the toilet window. Amazing! :)

Best Regards.
Michael

Soggiorno impeccabile.
Consigliatissima.
